How school has been for me ?

How many places have I lived in ?

School has been very difficult for me and my brother, as all schools we have been to have different score boards.

This has been a challenge for us as we can get used to being taught one way, but then having to move and be taught a different way has messed with us and confused us when we learn. I’m not the smartest of people, as my grades are very low!

This is because of not understanding ways that teachers have tried to teach me and also because it’s partly my fault by not taking it to my mind that I should put my head down and learn... which has now affected my learning today.

I’m currently doing my GCSES and heading forward in life, but being confused about everything and not having motivation has made me struggle. Coming and going to schools with different ways of teaching is hard and stressful, you start comparing yourself to others and lose all belief in myself!

So school for me has been interesting, boring, hard work, stressful and irritating.

Moving away from friends and to more friends and different environments was difficult, this was difficult to me because I was young and had a lot of friends despite the bullying.

It’s not easy living somewhere to just settling down and then having to move somewhere completely different, with: New friends, new houses, new environments, new schools (having different score boards)

I have lived in 10 houses my hole life in 8 places and I have been to 5-6 different schools.

I used to move around 3 years after every place but sometimes a-bit less.

How has this affected me ?
